Employability Skills for Postsecondary Success
EES Innovation has partnered with 28 Indiana school corporations to develop a K-12 work-based learning continuum in which students develop in-demand employability skills preparing them for success beyond their high school experience.
Students learn and develop the employability skills of effective communication, collaboration, and work ethic through curriculum-embedded experiences.
Students earn microcredentials showcasing their proficiency of these skills.
Whether students choose to enroll in higher education, enlist in the military, or gain employment in our community, these employability skills transcend the boundaries of postsecondary opportunities leading to lifelong success.
